In order for you to prolong the life of your custom apparel, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. 

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!

The pillowcase itself can be machine-washed without bleach on cold cycle, and they can be tumble-dried on low heat. They can't be ironed, or dry-cleaned. The pillow insert should only be hand washed.

To ensure that your canvas last for a long time, don’t keep them in direct sunlight or outdoors. They can be gently dusted with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster.

When a customer buy a product the customer will get a confirmation email with instructions.

The Instructions Quote:

Please allow 2-10 business days to fulfill the order due to high demand. After the product is fulfilled then add shipping times on top of that. (Shipping Times means the shipping method and time that you selected on your purchase).

Please allow the order to be fulfilled and you will receive an email with shipping information.

Instruction Steps:

4. Press the Tracking Number.
   
   
5. After pressing the Tracking Number, you may encounter two scenarios:
   
   
• If the carrier page doesn't shows shipping information about your order, please allow 48 to 72hrs so the carrier loads information.


• You will be able to see information, history and updates of your shipment.

All orders are custom made, please allow 2 to 10 business days to fulfill the order due to high demand. After the product is fulfilled then add shipping times on top of that.

After the order is fulfilled and sent to the carriers, Oceanü del Caribe doesn't have the control and the responsibility if the carriers do not meet the Expected Delivery Dates deadline, especially during natural disasters and high seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc). Please do not worry if there is a delay when the package is in transit.

Any product received that is damaged, misprinted or defective must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. Please contact us for further instructions. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

The return address is 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273 and it should be printed on the packaging label.

Returns

Address - If you provide an address that is considered incorrect or insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. If the courier does not find a secure location available, you are responsible for the package(s) and further instructions from the courier. If the packages are not claimed, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Sizes - Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been processed as most of our items are custom made to order and are automatically sent for fulfillment once an order is placed. Please contact us before returning any products.
